Before you start choosing paint color, you have to identify the real need that is driving you to redecorate your home. It often comes from an unsatisfied space in our spirit or our mind or our heart that is calling for some need or want that is yearning to be met. Sometimes this can manifest between a couple arguing over what finish to use for their floors but often they are trying to bring some thing into their space that will meet a deeper need, our process spends the first part diving into these needs and becoming really clear about what is your driving force underneath it all and what do you need to bring more of in your home and life.
We then attribute different zones in the home that can be used to cater to these needs . Then we start to examine what the feeling is, that each person wants to feel when they enter those spaces.
Only then, do we start to look at furnishings and finishes layouts and design elements.
